PA Election Oddness
Suddenly, at about 9.45 pm EST, I started noticing the State website behaving very strangely. Initially I put it down to a programming glitch, however, as I run a webdesign company, I know that the data would have been entered using a content management system, therefore once the initial error was corrected, it was highly unlikely it would occur again. Plus, whilst the Clinton campaign`s strongholds were declaring, the State website was operating perfectly, the glitch only appeared to start to happen as soon as Obama`s strong precincts started declaring.
This first screenshot occurred at approximately 6.45. As you can see, Hilary Clinton has 3 separate vote tallies. You can enlarge all the following.

As I stated, I initially put this down to a glitch, however I felt the need to monitor the site further. The the fun started.
At 7.31 I took the following screenshot , you can see clearly that 54.37% were reporting.
Imagine my surprise when I refreshed my screen that this had dropped to 54.12% reporting but with no change in the percentages.
May I add at this juncture, this had also occurred at 7.05 pm however, I didn`t have time to catch it.
At 7.35 pm, suddenly the screen changed from having multiple Hilary Clinton results to multiple Obama results as shown by the following screenshot.

Intrigued I continued to monitor what was going on. At 7.40, yet again we had another switch, this time back to triplicate Hilary Clinton results
.
I was waiting for the PA State site to catch CNN up, who at this time were showing 75% in, whilst the PA state were showing 66% in, then this happened
As you can see, the PA State website stopped reporting totals. I waited for another 30 mins and in the end gave up.
Websites have problems, believe me, but is it coincidental that all these problems occurred as Obama`s strongest districts were reporting?
Peace
