Dubya and Tony Blair are sitting drinking in a bar with a cat when a guy comes over picks up the cat looks under it and walks away
a couple of minutes later another guy comes in a does the same thing. a few minutes later it happens again. Dubya looks a bit confused and says to Tony "why do people keep lookin under that cat" to which Tony replies " i dunno, if it happens again we'll ask them why".
So sure enough another guy comes in picks up the cat then goes to walk away and Dubya asks him "why does everyone keep lookin under that cat" and the guy replies "someone said there was a cat in here with two arseholes"...
